About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at RX Global, your role is crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with our Tier One customers for our shows, Aircraft Interiors and World Travel Catering and Onboard Services . Your primary objective is understanding their unique needs and challenges and providing tailored solutions delivering exceptional value. By focusing on value-based selling, you play an instrumental role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market-leading digital tools. Moreover, you set a high standard of Sales Excellence across the sales community, leading and influencing the business and building a culture of best practices within your peer group.

Must have a team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset towards sales. It is essential to have a growth mindset and be willing to take appropriate risks, fail fast, and learn from failures. The candidate should have experience working within an international ecosystem and across cultures. Proven ability to build a vast network of influencers. The candidate should be able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent communication skills with strong creative skills in presenting and socializing information. Entrepreneurial and highly organized, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage own time. High emotional intelligence levels and skilled in building relationships. Demonstrated ability to progress the sales process using consultative skills. Proven track record in sales and management Experience working in a highly competitive, dynamic marketplace Experience within the aerospace industry is a must. Exhibition/Media sales experience is desirable. Proven experience as a key account manager Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
