About the role:

We are looking for a passionate sales person to be responsible for managing existing MICE, local corporate and corporate group accounts at The Castle Hotel in Windsor and driving new business leads to the hotel. You will be a confident and natural people person with a vast experience and established list of MICE contacts and a flair for creating long term relationships and driving the right rated business to The Castle Hotel.

Your primary role will be to support the top line revenue for The Castle Hotel and establish opportunities through the local community for The Castle Hotel. You will also manage a portfolio of accounts that could have opportunity for the rest of the collection. You will, therefore, be an ambassador for all hotels in the Sutton Hotel Collection seeking new business relationships as well as nurturing and growing existing ones.You will work closely with the General Manager, reactive sales team and the wider operations team whilst also supporting the rest of the commercial team to deliver the budgeted room nights across MICE, corporate and leisure groups.

In addition to an excellent salary package (plus up to 20% bonus) and the traditional hotel benefits listed below, this role comes with a "gold standard" healthcare package, and enhanced pension scheme.
