About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The Castle Hotel in Windsor. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing existing business relationships with corporate and MICE clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the General Manager and commercial team to deliver budgeted room nights and revenue targets
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Represent The Castle Hotel and the Sutton Hotel Collection at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
