About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing business relationships and driving new business leads to the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Work closely with the General Manager and commercial team to deliver business objectives
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales principles
