Description
- Oversee all treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and risk mitigation.
- Lead the financial business planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide advice on financial strategies, investments and capital plans.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Treasury professionals.
Profile
A successful Treasury and Business Planning Lead should have:
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or AMCT
- Strong experience in treasury management and business planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
