Lead, Innovate, and Elevate. As a Senior Manager in Group Reporting, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting for the entire WPP group.

Your Impact:

Reporting to the VP of Group Reporting, you will:
  • Own the Numbers: Lead and manage the Group's consolidation process and SOX controls, covering a wide range of complex areas including goodwill, M&A accounting, financial instruments, and more.
  • Be the Expert: Provide technical accounting guidance on IFRS, ensure compliance with WPP policies, and collaborate closely with external auditors for seamless signoffs.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best-in-class processes and controls, ensuring a "no-surprises" environment for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead with Confidence: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
    You:
    • You're a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) from an audit background, ideally with experience in multi-national companies.
    • You have a proven track record of handling complex, multi-currency group consolidations and financial reporting for large, listed companies.
    • You possess deep technical knowledge of IFRS, SOX controls, and SEC regulatory requirements.
    • You're a natural leader with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
