Group Reporting Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Reporting Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of consolidated group financial statements, adhering to IFRS and FRS 101/102 standards.
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely management accounts for internal stakeholders.
- Manage the annual and interim reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure its integrity.
- Develop and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with proven experience in group reporting within the retail sector. You will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
You are a proactive and organized individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your commercial acumen and understanding of retail financial reporting will be invaluable assets to our team.
