We are in search of a meticulous and seasoned Senior Manager specializing in Financial Reporting and Accounting to become a vital part of our Group Finance division. This role is essential in overseeing our liquidity, ensuring precise intercompany transactions, and upholding financial accuracy throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and evaluate Cash Flow reports for the Group's management accounts and various financial documents to facilitate routine business assessments. Grasp the primary factors influencing cash movement variations to enable thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to enhance the quality and precision of cash flow projections.
  • Assist in the formulation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Persistently identify opportunities to refine processes and procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience and robust technical accounting expertise, particularly in cash management and intercompany transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a high degree of commercial insight.
  • Capability to cultivate successful relationships with Group stakeholders and internal colleagues at all levels, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical financial subjects in a clear and comprehensible manner.
  • International experience and familiarity with working across borders within a matrix organization is advantageous.
