About the Role

This is a senior financial leadership position that will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance team, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including management accounts and statutory accounts
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the sales and supply teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with several years of experience in a similar role. They will have strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing a team of finance professionals. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.

This is a competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000, with a healthy bonus and development potential.
