At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Shared Ownership Administrator to support our fantastic New Homes team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding team working on some exciting new homes developments.

Key responsibilities of a Shared Ownership Administrator
- Provide an efficient administrative service to the New Homes Department
- Fulfilling requirements as required including liaising with Connells Shared Ownershipteam and external agencies
- Using Connells database to create and update property listings and manage the administrative function of the sales process
- Create and distribute internal weekly and monthly reporting documents
- Comply with company's standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the estate agency industry
Skills and experience required to be a successful Shared Ownership Administrator
- Experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
