As a Services Supervisor at Sephora UK, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of Beauty Advisor Services while overseeing counter activities that focus on delivering exceptional skincare treatments, makeup makeovers, and other beauty services. This role requires a deep understanding of makeup and skincare services, as well as relevant certifications and experience in the beauty industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, driving sales, and creating an engaging and inspiring environment for both customers and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise a team of Beauty Advisor Services, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.Service Excellence: Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare services, utilizing your certifications and experience to provide exceptional service to customers. Ensure that the counter activity meets Sephora's high standards of service excellence, delivering personalized consultations, skincare treatments, makeup makeovers, and other beauty services. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers and team members.Counter Operations: Manage the daily operations of the counter, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations based on their unique needs and preferences. Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving sales and achieving targets. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on makeup and skincare services.Hold relevant certifications in makeup artistry, skincare services, or related fields.Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
