The Skills Connect One Front Door Service is seeking a part-time Assistant Project Officer who will support the team with administrative processes.

The Assistant Project Officer's key duties will be:

Providing key administrative support for the One Front Door programme, triaging enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with partners and stakeholders.

Assisting the team with the delivery of face-to-face events.

Maintaining documents and ensuring secure handling of confidential data, which includes sensitive contract information to comply with Council policy and GDPR.

Assisting with project marketing and website updates.

Assisting in the production of reports and newsletters.

To complete tasks and allocated aspects of projects on time and to standards set by line manager.

One Front Door

The One Front Door Service assists employers, individuals and support agencies to match vacancies with jobseekers living in Bristol and signpost to other information resources and programmes using a variety of digital and physical channels.

The service aims to:

Enable participants to enhance their skills, abilities and knowledge of the labour market and vacancies, whilst building confidence, assertiveness and a positive self-image, enhanced through a needs assessment and action plan.

Give participants living in Bristol the opportunity to be matched to immediate and emerging vacancies, being actively encouraged, and enabled to apply for them.

Engage with employers with hard to fill immediate and potential vacancies and find innovative new ways of matching participants to them and to apply for them.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
