We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front Office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, making recommendations for improvement
  • Manage revenue and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of OPERA and other relevant systems
