We are currently collaborating with a PE-Backed manufacturing company to recruit an Interim Group Reporting Manager located in the South Coast of the UK. This role entails an initial 3-6 month contract, offering a competitive day rate.

This specialized company is a market leader in their niche. Supported by a successful private equity firm, they excel in enhancing EBITDA for their portfolio businesses. Their focus is on advanced safety equipment for high-risk industries, providing tailored solutions for client safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate group accounts for accurate financial reporting.
  • Review balance sheets to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for senior management.
  • Support CFO in managing financial workload effectively.
  • Streamline financial processes across multiple entities.
  • Engage in sales process with financial insights.
  • Collaborate with departments for financial data and compliance.
  • Provide hands-on support in an SME environment.

Requirements

  • Accounting qualification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/CA).
  • Experience with IFRS reporting and external audits.
  • Dynamic and improvement-focused background.
  • Knowledge of sale processes is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
  • Previous interim/contract role experience is beneficial.
  • Competitive day rate offered.
