About the role


To ensure the efficient and resilient operation of Forvis Mazars Private Client both day-to-day and into the future, enabling effective delivery of our value proposition to all our clients and optimising opportunities for efficiencies, automation, and digitisation.


  • To lead the Operations function within Forvis Mazars Private Client - overseeing delivery of the various support functions to the business (technology, process, platform, data, quality, business support, etc.)
  • To lead the change function within Forvis Mazars Private Client - overseeing the successful design and delivery of MPC change, and wider Mazars business change initiatives.
  • Ownership of operational and change risks, ensuring these are appropriately assessed, mitigated, and managed.
  • To manage delivery of the Target Operating Model - seeking opportunities to optimise efficiencies and digitise the business.
  • To lead development and delivery of the technology roadmap for MPC.
  • To contribute to Executive and MFP Board decision making - providing operational insight, challenge, and expectation setting.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of leading operational delivery within a regulated Financial Services environment.
  • Proven track record of leading operational change delivering demonstrable high value client and business benefits.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills, with a passion for building high trust, high autonomy, and ultimately high performing teams.
  • Highly effective communication, relationship building and influencing skills.
  • High analytical thinking skills, with ability to identify and sift key data, spot trends, and create considered and compelling recommendations.
  • Advanced planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing risk and quality at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management services and processes.
Strong knowledge of wealth management and financial services technologies.
