We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to join our team at Connells Group HQ. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Business Analysis Team: You will lead a team of business and system analysts that sit within the business-aligned agile teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Talent Management: You will be responsible for recruiting and developing business analysts as needed, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Process Improvement: You will ensure that the processes of analysis are well-documented, communicated, and trained, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: You will oversee and lead the lifecycle of product development, ensuring that analysts support engineers through the build and test process.
  • Day-to-Day Execution: You will lead the day-to-day execution of product delivery and development, ensuring that priorities are driven by commercial and profitable outcomes.
  • Product Portfolio Management: You will provide a framework for evaluating the product portfolio and investment decisions, ensuring that products are managed to requisite quality.
