CityFibre is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the Commercial Change function in a rapidly growing company. As Head of Commercial Transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing this newly created function within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Change Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for commercial change, ensuring all internal stakeholders and key customers are informed and aligned with the planned changes.
- Commercial Change Process: Establish a centralized process for collating and managing commercial change impacting our 30+ ISP customers, ensuring a common understanding and effective planning across the organization.
- Business Cases: Collaborate with the Commercial Team and Business Product Development & In-life head to develop and execute business cases, driving strategic decision-making and growth.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a commercial leadership role, with a deep understanding of the telecommunications market.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
