About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Commercial Change function, driving the centralisation and communication of commercial change to our ISP customers. As Head of Commercial Change, you will shape and implement this newly created function, ensuring that our customers can effectively plan, consume, manage, and budget for changes in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and operate a 'Commercial Change' roadmap to ensure predictability and transparency for internal stakeholders and key customers.
  • Collate all commercial change impacting our 30+ ISP customers into a common process funnel within the organisation.
  • Develop business cases in collaboration with the Commercial Team and Business Product Development & In-life head.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role with in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications market.
  • Experience in managing a marketing OpEx budget of over £15m per year, leading complex projects that deliver tangible business growth.
  • Leadership skills to direct the team in analysing performance data and marketing penetration trends to identify trends and refine strategies.
