Are you an experienced technical support analyst with great communication skills able to provide a positive customer experience?

About the Team

You will work as part of the team to ensure that ICT Service delivery meets agreed KPI's and positive Customer Experience is achieved. You will support colleagues in the use of ICT systems and services including technical support, user assistance and regular ongoing maintenance.

The team have an interesting and varied remit providing support of multiple systems from a range of suppliers such as Microsoft InTune, SAN radios, Mobile Data Terminals, Cradlepoint routers, ICCS (Incident, Command & Control System) and station end networks and Windows servers.

About the Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join Warwickshire County Council's Fire & Rescue ICT service, as a Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Support Analyst.



You will need to have at least 3 years of experience working in an ICT Support environment. If you have experience of supporting Fire & Rescue systems, such as those above then that would be even better. However, if not, full training will be provided.

The team provide 24/7 standby and callout support on 1 week in 4 rota basis, and you would need to be willing to take part in this. Full training and support will be provided for this function.

You will need to be based in Warwickshire and be fully mobile to be able to attend any WFRS site when requested.

You will be based at WFRS HQ in Leamington Spa with some flexibility to work remotely if possible.

The role is offered for an initial period of 1 year, 37 hours a week,

Key Requirements

  • Required to cover out of hours support rota
  • Experience of contributing to the development of ICT policies and procedures.
  • The ability to independently interpret and analyse varied and complex ICT incidents/ requests logged or situations and to produce resolutions in an agreed timely manner.
