ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our diligent QA team as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. This newly established role will provide you with an exceptional opportunity to engage in a thriving sector of gaming and assist the studio in maintaining the quality of our games post-launch. You will collaborate closely with the QA lead and the broader QA team as they continue to support an expanding array of exciting VR titles across various platforms.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular gameplay evaluations on our portfolio of released titles as well as those currently under development.

You will be tasked with generating comprehensive reports, managing an up-to-date bug database, working in tandem with the development team and community, performing post-launch assessments, investigating community-submitted issues, and occasionally aiding the QA team with larger testing initiatives. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality in report accuracy, alongside proficient use of the JIRA database, will be essential. Effective time management skills will ensure that tasks are completed punctually and to the highest standards, supporting your colleagues effectively.

This position will allow you to play a crucial role in ensuring our titles provide the best possible experience for our players after their release.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated and sustained experience in a QA capacity
  • A genuine passion for video games
  • A quick learner who takes pride in mastering tools and processes
  • Capability to engage with VR games and experiences
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate, document, and follow up on various issues
  • Proficient in writing clear and efficient documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and adhere to instructions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition
