Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with site managers, project managers, and clients to ensure that quality standards are met
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Understanding of Inspection and Test Plans
- Quality bias or motivation
- Ideal experience working on a cable route or substation
- Full UK driving license
Working Hours: 9-10 hour days with breaks
Contract Length: 16 weeks minimum
Salary: £250 per day
Benefits: Outside of IR35, Limited Company
