Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive tool & process roadmap to facilitate business growth and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.
  • Design and implement tools, processes, and reports to support informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with the Programme Management delivery team to plan resources and optimize programme delivery.
  • Provide process expertise and support to other business functions to drive best practices and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand and execute direction with minimal supervision.
  • Methodical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong storytelling and executive summary compilation skills.
