The Finance Department at ESCP Business School London is seeking an experienced, part-time instructor to teach 'Corporate Finance' in our Master in Management program in London.

A successful candidate will be motivated, inspirational, and supportive, with a passion for developing our students. The areas of teaching specialty include; 1) Optimal portfolio choice and the pricing of risk, 2) Estimating the cost of capital, 3) Capital structure in a perfect market, 4) Long-term financing, and 5) Financial Options.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

Essential Requirements

  • Possess a Doctorate
  • Lectures are required to teach in person at our London Campus.
  • Teaching support with 20 sessions (5 lectures/weeks x 4 groups per lecture/week – each lecture is 2 hours in duration = a total of 40 teaching hours) beginning in October 2024.
  • Delivering lectures in line with the prepared module plan, adhering to module documentation and contact hours.
  • Engaging students in a dynamic, interactive, and stimulating learning experience.
  • Undertaking marking and assessment responsibilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and sustain relationships that contribute to and support collaboration with researchers and educational programs in related fields across all ESCP campuses.
  • Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on corporate finance topics to students.
  • Develop and influence course materials, curricula, and assessments
  • Conduct original research in corporate finance and related areas
