Gemini Books makes beautiful, illustrated books for children and adults that spark readers' imaginations. From original graphic novels to engaging activity books that nurture emotional intelligence, we create books that you and your family will want to spend time with.
As part of the sales team, you will play a role in ensuring that the sales teams are supported in their roles. You will interact with every department within Gemini Books to ensure that we are all fully prepared for customer presentations and follow ups post meeting.
The sales team put the customer at the centre of everything we do. Every communication with a customer forms a touch point. All of which form part of the experience of working with Gemini – we want that to be the best experience within the publishing industry.
Responsibilities
Meeting preparationMeeting follow upKey administrative tasksSupporting Sales reps with sales materials, sales samples and presentations/Completing customer submission gridsCreating monthly sales reports and quarterly commission reportsSending samples and PDF's to customersDealing with occasional customer enquiries and complaintsAnswer occasional phone callsSign for reception deliveriesGreet any customers and visitors to the officeDistribute post as and when required.Knowledge, skills and experienceExcellent Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written and attention to detailFlexible and able to adapt to busy periods with a proactive and positive attitudeSelf-motivated and ability to use initiativeAmbitious and keen to learnA professional attitude towards business practise.
