We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Shop Assistant. As a key member of our shop team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our charity shops.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Shop Manager: Assist the Shop Manager in the day-to-day management of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Merchandise Management: Generate donations and manage merchandise displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Stock and Cash Handling: Handle stock deliveries, record-keeping, and cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £23,400 per annum (pro rata) for a 24-hour workweek on a flexible schedule spanning seven days, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including pro rata annual leave, employer contributions towards pension, financial assistance for healthcare expenses, complimentary access to Headspace, life assurance coverage, and a 25% discount at our charity shop.
- Free Parking: Free parking availability for employees.
Selection Process:
