About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Mind Retail. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our shop, working closely with the Shop Manager and wider team to deliver sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Shop Manager in the overall performance of the shop, including sales, customer service, and stock management.
  • Take full responsibility for the shop whilst the Shop Manager is away, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work with the team to produce excellent shop standards, including visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
  • Contribute to the development of the shop team, providing guidance and support as needed.
