Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day management of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Shop Manager in the management of the shop, including generating donations, display and merchandising, and stock deliveries and collections.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including cash handling and volunteer management.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a loyal and committed team of volunteers.
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for retail and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with volunteers and colleagues.
  • Organized and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Personable and committed to achieving the highest retail standards.
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
