The main responsibilities the position entails are:
Manage compliance with all indirect and direct tax matters across the organisationLead, line manage and provide day-to-day support to the tax analystsLead strategic improvement to the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and controls to support the tax operationsBuild and manage relationships within the organisation as required to ensure that all taxes are considered where projects are being undertaken Ensure that the organisation has a sound tax strategy which it follows at all times
In order to be considered for the role, you must possess the following:
Professionally qualified (CTA or similar) Significant post-qualification tax experience at a senior level within a large, complex environment A strong track record of leadership and delivery at a senior financial levelExtensive experience of leading and managing teams to deliver excellence Substantial professional VAT experience
