iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join its International and Large Corporate Tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients and managing complex tax projects.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of Complex Tax Computations
The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing complex large corporate tax computations and identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficient use of tax reliefs.
Support to Businesses Expanding into New MarketsThe successful candidate will provide support to businesses when expanding into new and emerging markets, including coordinating and assisting with overseas corporate tax compliance and with local advisors.
Advisory Reporting and Tax StrategyThe Tax Manager will draft advisory reporting on international and large corporate matters, including tax efficient structuring and restructuring, legal entity simplification and rationalisation, inter-company transactions advice and compliance with transfer pricing, and large or complex UK corporate tax matters.
Investigations and EnquiriesThe successful candidate will assist in gathering and reviewing data for UK and overseas tax investigations and enquiries.
Legislative Analysis and Client RelationshipsThe Tax Manager will interpret and analyse new and developing UK legislation and build and develop relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new work from existing and new clients.
Team Development and LeadershipThe successful candidate will develop and grow junior tax advisors and support the training of the team, as well as support the leadership and senior management team with key business-wide projects and initiatives.
Requirements- Professional Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a CA or equivalent qualification and ATT/CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA).
ExperienceThe Tax Manager will have 4+ years of prior UK corporate tax experience with multinational groups, with experience of UK and overseas compliance and international tax advisory work preferred.
Skills and AbilitiesThe successful candidate will have professional, technical, and proactive approach to delivering tax advice to clients, with excellent communication and project management skills.
