Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Advisory Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients across a range of industries.

About the Role:

  • As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tax advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, due diligence, and succession planning.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • With a strong focus on client service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will also contribute to the development of our advisory services, including the creation of tax guides and other resources for our clients.

Requirements:

  • ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified
  • Experience working in corporate tax compliance or advisory
  • Big 4 / Top 10 experience is welcomed
  • M&A experience is desirable but not essential
  • Desire to work on corporate tax advisory projects
