Our engagements range from dormant company eliminations to large, recently traded entities, partnerships, PLCs, and Investment Trusts. We work alongside tax, legal, and accounting specialists to deliver complex projects.

**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Simplification team on a fixed-term contract for twelve months. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding and delivering MVL/LER engagements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete pre-liquidation client and engagement acceptance procedures.
  • Assist with pre-liquidation due diligence and preparatory steps.
  • Correspond with clients.
  • Produce legal documentation to commence liquidations and appoint liquidators.
  • Complete statutory filing, advertising, and notification requirements.
  • Assist with day-to-day matters, including realising assets, dealing with creditors' claims, processing payments, calculating distributions, and drafting reports.
  • Monitor liquidation progression and case compliance matters.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in insolvency, consulting, or a similar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
