Consultant in Community Paediatrics

Community Paediatrics.

The post include participation in the in-hours Child Protection rota with other senior doctors. Participation in the out-of-hours rota for forensic child sexual abuse will also be expected.

This is currently 1:14 bank holidays and weekends 8.30am -- 6pm.

You'll have responsibility for locality neurodevelopmental clinics in the New Forest, including a special school catering for a wide range of needs at primary, and SLD/PMLD at secondary level. It also includes a lead role for postgraduate education.

Other clinical responsibilities could be negotiated dependant on the skills and interest of the successful applicant. Consideration would be given to applicants wanting to work a minimum of 6PA.
