Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert care to patients in the Children's ED, working closely with the General Paediatric team
- Lead medical and major trauma resuscitations, ensuring seamless care for our patients
- Supervise and educate trainees, promoting their growth and development
- Contribute to the development of our department, driving service improvement and excellence
- Support research, audit, and quality improvement initiatives, enhancing our reputation as a centre of excellence
- Consultant or trainee within 6 months of CCT, with expertise in Paediatric Emergency Medicine or General Paediatrics
- Proven experience in working in a Paediatric Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
