A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT ALOFT HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the F&B Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Providing excellent customer service to all guests staying and dining in the hotel.
Serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and preparing high quality Drinks to guests.
Processing payments accurately throughout your shift.
Ensure all F&B areas are kept clean and tidy.
Supporting other departments when required.
