Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

The Role
Embark on a transformative journey with Holland & Barrett's Finance team As a Senior Payable Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of process efficiency, governance, and business partnering. This role offers the chance to shape the future of our payables team and make a lasting impact on our financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Process PO and Non-PO invoices, including matching and coding of expense types. Post multi-currency and urgent business payments in line with policies. Manage Direct Debit payments according to policies. Prepare and execute payment runs following procedural guidelines. Maintain positive relationships and resolve queries with suppliers. Prepare supplier statement reconciliations. Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance, and the Treasury Team. Assist with month-end processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Participate in Finance Transformation projects, including system improvements within Unit 4. Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 - 3 days per week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person
AAT qualified or studying towards a professional qualification. Knowledge of P2P processes, preferably in a financial control, retail context. Strong MS Excel skills. Excellent communication skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Ability to support and drive process improvements. Ability to collaborate effectively and foster a cooperative work environment. What we offer
