Welcome to an exciting opportunity with Holland & Barrett's Finance team. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payable Analyst to play a key role in driving process efficiency, governance, and business collaboration. This position allows you to lead the way in shaping the future of our payables team and making a lasting impact on our financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, including matching and coding of expense types, and manage business payments in line with policies.
  • Collaborate with various Finance teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Participate in Finance Transformation projects, driving process improvements and fostering a cooperative work environment.

Location: This role will be based in a hybrid model, with flexibility in on-site days.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • AAT qualified or studying towards a professional qualification, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
  • Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes in a retail context, including procurement, invoicing, and payment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Ability to support process improvements and foster a cooperative work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
