Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure precise project forecasts and effective financial oversight.
  • Provide extensive financial support to project teams, analyzing and reporting on project performance to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular financial assessments, trend analysis, and variance evaluations to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting regulations, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely financial insights to internal stakeholders and addressing project accounting inquiries.
  • Work in partnership with various departments to offer financial expertise and project knowledge.
  • Contribute to investment business cases, ensuring accurate financial data for expenditure analysis and tracking.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A full accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or be in the process of obtaining a relevant qualification.
  • Experience in financial and management accounting/reporting, including planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience in project accounting and investment appraisal.
  • A strong understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred.
  • A graduate-level education or equivalent professional experience.
