Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Analyst, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive spend data analysis and market research.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to enhance our vendor portfolio.
• Preparing and managing tender documentation and competitive sourcing processes.
• Analyzing supplier proposals and leading negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.
• Overseeing contract management activities for a designated supplier portfolio.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members within the Procurement department.
• Adapting to various procurement tasks as required to support the overall function.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in procurement and contract management.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of contract drafting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive approach to learning about procurement regulations and market trends.
