People Operations Specialist - Manchester, Greater Manchester

In the role of People Operations Specialist you will create, update and maintain rotas for events using the workforce management system (Humanforce). You will support People Operations Manager in generating reports for the Senior Team, managing a large casual workforce of over 1300+, being a point of contact for shift information and payroll queries. Your main duties will focus around organising and supporting staff check-in and check-out process, providing support on clocking in/out, getting to work areas, allocations of staff and uniform distribution. As a part of your role, you will actively contribute to the People Operations department, assisting in the creation of innovative solutions to enhance the overall experience of our people, thereby fostering your career development path.

This is a Permanent role requiring flexibility on evenings and weekends.

Salary: up to £ 32,000 p.a. depending on experience

Start Date: April 2024

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in workforce scheduling, roster management, and HR operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Humanforce
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
