About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded People Operations Partner to join our team in the UK region. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by providing strategic and operational support to our stakeholders.

As a People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all people processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations, and taking a commercially minded approach to handling complex ER cases. You will also be responsible for conducting market reviews, analyzing salary benchmarking and performance reviews, and providing insights to inform our compensation and benefits strategy.

You will work closely with our Development & Engagement Partner to understand key trends in our engagement survey data and implement a creative engagement strategy. You will also partner with our Talent Operations Partner and other key stakeholders to understand the market and competitors, and take ownership of actively feeding this information into our compensation and benefits strategy.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused individual who is able to take a strategic approach to drive key initiatives in their area. You will be responsible for providing useful and insightful people data to inform our business decisions, and championing clear and engaging communication with our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations
  • Take a commercially minded approach to handling complex ER cases
  • Conduct market reviews and analyze salary benchmarking and performance reviews
  • Provide insights to inform our compensation and benefits strategy
  • Work closely with our Development & Engagement Partner to implement a creative engagement strategy

Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Experience with sheets/excel
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in training delivery
  • Budget management experience
  • Data analysis skills
