A newly created Head of HR role is now available at a small, highly successful Asset Manager based in the City of London. Having been founded 15 years ago this business are going from strength to strength and now have over £2bn in AUM and the UK office has 30+ people. They are now looking for their first full time HR partner.

HR has currently been run by a highly experienced consultant but the time is now right for the baton to be passed over and for the new individual to take the reins and make the role their own. The Head of HR will be closely be partnering with the CEO, COO and CIO to help them achieve their goals via people solutions and to actively contribute to the company's superb culture.

This will be a full generalist role strategy through to implementation and operation, full employee lifecycle and the incoming person must be happy to work top to bottom and get in amongst the weeds. It will require a pragmatist, someone with a down to earth yet highly commercial approach.

This is a small business of >30 people - it will really suit candidates that have worked in smaller Financial Services businesses.
