We are looking for a Assistant Security Manager who will represent our brand by delivering and exceeding our guest expectations.
Our Assistant Security Manager will perform hotel security duties and follow procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property. You will work closely with the Director of Security to ensure all process and objectives of the team are met.
What we are looking for:
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, patrols, and emergency response procedures
• You will be obsessed about standards, and ensuring the safety of guests and employees
• A strong track record of team development
• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Assistant Security Manager in a hotel is essential
• You are a leader who strives to develop and motivate the reception team
• Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• SIA Licensed is essential
