Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Security Manager to oversee the security operations of our site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff. The successful candidate will have a high level of self-presentation, customer service, and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all security staff on-site and carry out related administrative tasks, including appraisal, personal review, coaching, performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensure the site is staffed at all times by an organized, consistent, and effective rota, adhering to working time regulations to cover both planned and unplanned absences.
- Work closely with the Client and Security team to drive the business.
- Skilful management of CCTV Systems.
- Supervising Security Operations.
- Acting as a robust security deterrent, primed to manage any emergencies adeptly.
- Crafting comprehensive reports that encapsulate daily security activities with accuracy and foresight.
- Valid Frontline SIA license.
- Previous experience working in mixed-used properties (commercial, retail, super prime residential) highly favoured.
- Proven track record in a luxury service environment- financial institutions / High net-worth individuals.
- A profound comprehension of premium customer service standards within a five-star setting.
