Louis Vuitton are currently recruiting for a Senior Stock Controller in London.

Senior Stock Controller's main responsibility is to ensure coaching is practiced and driving teams to productivity for operational excellence is at forefront of their focus.

As the professional in charge of Stock you will secure back of house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure smooth operations, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Management

Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging) Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience Improve product availability, interacting with Supply Chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to answer Client needs Be a Role Model to the Team

Coordinate the orientation for new joiners. Train new staff on stock and inventory. Proactively manage the daily planning of the stock team ensuring the store has sufficient support especially during peak periods. Review monthly KPI's, identify and highlight success stories for the team while also actioning any improvement areas in a timely and effective manner. Continuously use positive and professional approaches when communicating with all colleagues and clients. Provide proactive, business focused and efficient solutions for all scenarios Embed the omnichannel strategy to ensure a positive impact on Client experience at country level Ensure a direct communication with Head office departments when relevant General duties

Fully integrate to the store team (participate in the Daily Moment) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store, and where necessary take an active Client facing role on the sales floor to support colleagues and Clients. Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge. Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior. Stock Management
