Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is ramping up a large sales campaign, and plans to grow their telesales team quite rapidly. They need a charismatic telesales team leader, to inspire the team to keep on the phones, develop their sales techniques and smash their targets. This role is off the phones, and focused purely on training and management.
The Role:
- Onboarding and providing training for new staff- this will be a big responsibility as the team grows
- Leading sales meetings
- Reporting to management on progress and sales figures
- Manage and organise the staffing rota
- Handling, and proactively addressing any concerns from within the team should they arise
The Ideal Telesales Team Leader will have:
- Significant experience and a track record of success in the industry- this role won't be conducting any sales, but you need to train and inspire the team
- Management or team leadership experience of some sort- ideally in a call centre environment but if you have led teams in another setting e.g. hospitality and have solid telesales experience it can be considered
- Engaging and inspirational personality, this role will be leading from the front to motivate people to be the best they can
- Organisational skills, there will be a significant amount of admin, building rotas for staff and onboarding new starters as the team grows
- Ability and willingness to work in the office in Wolverhampton 5 days a week. This role must be in person as you will be monitoring, and leading the staff from the office
