Contract Telesales Professional

We are excited to be working with a successful technology business in helping them find a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to play a key role in their marketing team and contribute to driving growth for their existing and new income streams.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing the growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads for a diverse range of services. This role focuses on generating interest and securing appointments, rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand target audiences
- Add new leads to the CRM system and categorise based on their interest and readiness to engage
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of lead interactions and progress within our CRM system
- Ensure seamless handover of MQLs to the sales team, providing detailed insights to aid their sales efforts
- Attend sales and marketing meetings to report on lead generation progress against targets
- Proven experience in telemarketing ideally within the B2B technology sector
- An interest in technology and digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in utilising various lead generation channels including cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other digital platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for lead tracking and management
- Salary is basic c£25,000 pa (potentially more depending on individual) plus a generous target based bonus of around 20-25% per pa
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays
