Description:

The company is currently in search of a skilled and dynamic Director of Property Management to join their elite team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving the management of a premium property portfolio, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for international clients.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in property management, exceptional leadership qualities, and the ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a diverse portfolio of highend commercial properties, guaranteeing they adhere to the highest standards of maintenance, security, and service.
  • Develop and execute property management strategies aligned with clients' investment objectives and lifestyle preferences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property managers, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their individual needs and consistently surpassing their expectations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver outstanding property management services.
  • Monitor property performance and financial metrics, preparing detailed reports for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and laws, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, promptly and effectively addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing properties for highnetworth individuals, particularly with an international client base.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a clientcentric approach.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of international property regulations and market trends is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to manage properties and meet with clients.
