You will collaborate with the Global Head of Creative and the Art Director to enhance and uphold the Paul Smith brand. Your responsibilities will include developing a cohesive visual identity for all advertising and promotional efforts, as well as creating and finalising artwork and layouts for various print and digital media. Additionally, you will assist the team in organising photo shoots, managing production schedules, and handling samples. This is a full-time, paid internship requiring a minimum commitment of six months.

The Role

• Work closely with all members of the Production team on a variety of tasks.

• Assist Producers with daily tasks, administration and organisation of shoots and schedules.

• Help with samples, working with the Showroom Co-ordinator to keep track of collections and items.

• Keep production rooms and spaces clean, tidy, and organised.

• Ensure digital and physical files are updated with current shoots and products.

• Support the Creative team in directing, devising, and executing seasonal campaigns for the different collections and product groups of the Paul Smith business to increase brand perception and reputation.

• Design and execute print and digital collateral including look books, social media posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.

• Assist with photo and video shoots, including organising samples.

• Work with the Marketing team on campaign roll out of assets across all touch points.

Your Skills and Experience

• High proficiency of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premiere and Figma a plus.

• Understanding of seasons and deadlines.

• Experience of organising events or shoots and how to put organisation in place with a production setting.

• High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
