Creative Video Production Lead

We are seeking a Creative Video Production Lead to become a vital member of our branded content division.
In this role, you will be a digitally-focused innovator, spearheading effective commercial video teams. Your leadership will foster a positive environment, guiding your team in the conception and production of compelling social video content that resonates with audiences and aligns with our brand identity. You will engage with senior commercial partners to cultivate and sustain relationships with brands, clients, and agencies, contributing to our goal of securing projects and enhancing Bauer Media's standing as a premier digital content creator and branded content collaborator.
Your responsibilities will include the ideation, seamless production, and delivery of exceptional co-branded content. You will collaborate effortlessly with brands and agencies, empowering them to achieve their creative aspirations while leading your team in transforming these concepts into reality.
Our Team
This position is integral to the Bauer Media Advertising Branded Content Team. Our team works across all Bauer brands, developing innovative solutions for advertisers that are woven into our editorial fabric.
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of remote work and office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the production of high-quality content that drives revenue growth for Bauer Media Audio and strengthens our brands. Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of producers, videographers, and editors. Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns. Reviewing and refining internal processes, workflows, and policies to facilitate a smooth co-branded content journey. Negotiating with clients to adjust creative elements in accordance with their preferences while fulfilling our brand requirements. Crafting creative solutions that align with client briefs. Managing video as a product and revenue stream for Bauer Media Audio. Collaborating with the Creative Strategy team to ensure our concepts meet the highest standards, clarifying the role of video in our branded content proposals. Working closely with the Commercial Content team to ensure that creative execution across commercial video aligns with broader campaign objectives. Partnering with commercial stakeholders to drive growth in our reach, revenue, and reputation as co-branded content partners. Collaborating with the Delivery Team to ensure a seamless end-to-end process for our branded content campaigns. Utilizing tools to track and update pending and active campaigns.Qualifications:
Demonstrated excellence in management and team development. A strong passion for and comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and branded video. Ability to balance compelling editorial content with commercial integration. Proficiency in interpreting performance data, social trends, and audience insights. Thorough knowledge of advertising standards, best practices for social video, health and safety regulations on set, and music synchronization rights. Experience managing a cost-effective profit and loss statement for branded video initiatives.Compensation and Benefits
