About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Creative Director to join our team at Career Moves. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, and shaping the standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative onboarding process for agency partners in priority markets.
  • Consult with agency partners on creative development.
  • Own the relationship with central Social Creative leads in FOA to ensure creative developed by local teams is in line with guidelines and in line with global editorial approach.
  • Own the brand intake process.
  • Ideate original social first creative ideas based on brief.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Build out marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
  • Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution.
  • QA designs to ensure content reflects consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in art, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Senior Creative aspiring CD.
  • Great control of visual systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Out of the box creative with a passion for tech.
  • Social first creative with experience in integrated campaigns and social – comms campaigns.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with software programs such as photoshop, Flash, or others.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Web design experience.
  • Team oriented with attention for detail.
